From time to time the practice participates in clinical research to help improve the quality of medical care. There may be occasions therefore when you may be asked if you are willing to participate in this process by completing a questionnaire, or by speaking to a medical researcher. Information requested from you will usually be about your experience of specific episodes of care. Any information provided by you is subject to the very strict NHS codes of confidentiality. All data used in research reports is anonymised so that individual patient information cannot be identified.
